Beta & Feedback

What does “beta” mean?

TripGoGo is live and usable, but still evolving. Some features may change, improve, or occasionally break as we refine the product.

How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?

Use the Feedback button inside the app.

When reporting an issue, include:

  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • Your device and browser
  • Screenshots if possible

Will my feedback actually be used?

Yes. Beta feedback directly influences product updates and improvements.

Quick Help

The trip won’t generate

Try:

  • Being more specific (dates, budget, interests, pace)
  • Removing conflicting constraints (too many cities in too few days)
  • Shortening your request

If it still fails, refresh and try again. We have set some limits on generation while we are in beta mode.

The itinerary looks wrong

You can:

  • Edit specific activities
  • Regenerate a single day instead of the entire trip
  • Add more detail to guide the AI (neighborhoods, budget level, travel pace)

Always double-check opening hours, availability, and travel times before booking.

The app feels slow

AI generation can take longer during peak usage.
Try refreshing or simplifying your request.

If performance is consistently slow, please report it through the Feedback button.

What is TripGoGo?

TripGoGo is an AI travel planning platform that helps you:

  • Generate personalized itineraries
  • Edit and customize plans
  • Collaborate with others
  • Discover booking options across flights, stays, and activities

Does TripGoGo book trips directly?

No. TripGoGo may provide links to third-party booking providers. Booking and payment always take place on the provider’s website.

Are prices and availability guaranteed?

No. Prices and availability are controlled by third-party providers and may change at any time.

Planning & Itineraries

How do I create a better trip?

Include:

  • Who is traveling
  • Budget range
  • Interests
  • Preferred pace
  • Must-see experiences
  • Any constraints (accessibility, dietary needs, no early mornings, etc.)

The more context you provide, the better the itinerary.

Can I edit my itinerary after it’s generated?

Yes. You can modify activities, timing, structure, and regenerate specific sections.

Can I plan multi-city trips?

Yes. Specify how many days per city and which days are travel days between cities.

Are recommendations always accurate?

Not always. AI can make mistakes. Verify critical details before booking or traveling.

Sharing & Collaboration

Can I share my trip?

Yes. Use the share button from your saved trip.

If the invited email already has an account, they’ll receive a notification. Otherwise, they’ll be prompted to create one.

Can others edit my trip?

Yes, if you grant edit access. Otherwise, choose view access.

My friend can’t access the trip

Check:

  • They are signed in
  • The email address was entered correctly
  • Try removing and re-inviting them

Booking & Third-Party Links

A booking price changed after I clicked it

Third-party pricing is dynamic and may vary by availability, demand, device, or promotions.

My booking failed

Bookings are handled by the provider. Use your confirmation email or account with that provider for assistance.

Can TripGoGo issue refunds?

No. Refunds and cancellations are handled by the provider you booked with.

Accounts & Privacy

Do I need an account?

Some features such as saving and sharing trips require an account.

Is my data private?

TripGoGo stores trip data to provide the service. Avoid sharing sensitive personal information in trip notes or chat.

Are support messages saved?

Support and feedback messages may be logged to improve the product. For privacy requests, email privacy@tripgogo.ai.
